Solar System Design and Installation for the Northport Apartments

BHP issues RFP 16-2010 for the design and installation of a solar system for the Northport Apartments, located 1133 Portland Place, a 50 unit building in North central Boulder. Bids are due August 24, 2010 at 1:00 pm. There will not be a public bid opening. Bid documents will be available on August 3, 2010 after 12:00 pm. An optional pre-bid tour will be held at the Northport Apartments on Tuesday August 10, 2010 at 2:00 pm. No other site tours will be held. Written requests for scope of work clarifications is August 17, 2010 at 5:00 pm. UPDATED: High Mar Preconstruction Services

An amended RFP has been posted as of July 15, 2010. As part of the redevelopment of the High Mar property located at 4990 Moorhead Ave. in Boulder, Colorado, Boulder Housing Partners (BHP), in partnership with Morgan Creek Ventures (MCV), is seeking to obtain preconstruction services including, but not limited to, cost estimating, value engineering, constructability analysis, schedule preparation, design/contract document review, and bid phase assistance.  It is BHP's desire that the successful preconstruction services consultant will support and enhance our highly collaborative design process.  Project construction costs are estimated at $7-8 million.
